[Gd-announce] New Mail List Interface

The gd-announce list has been migrated to the GNU Mailman system.
This means that we have tighter control over subscriber information
display, mail archiving, and an easier list interface.

We have culled out the handful of real messages from the mass of
spam in the archive, and generated a real "announcement" archive
at http://www.gwydiondylan.org/pipermail/gd-announce.

In addition, posting to the gd-announce list is now limited to the
core Gwydion Dylan maintainers.  If interested parties would like to
post announcements about their own Dylan projects, please notify the
list administator so that we can modify the list settings.

We hope that this new interface will provide a better user
experience.
