The Library Pack concept is supported to some degree in Open Dylan, but it has
potential for wider applicability.  Some ideas:

- Replace the Registries concept with generalized library packs
- Improve the <category> information with more extensive taxonomy information
- Make library packs part of a Dylan Software Archive mechanism
