Subversion Revision #10367:
Ensure that the current-element-setter returned by the standard
iteration protocol methods for <byte-string> and <unicode-string> can
assign characters of the other character type.

* fundev/sources/dylan/string.dylan
  (byte-string-current-element-setter, unicode-string-current-element-setter):
   Convert new-value to the string's element type before storing it.
