Summary: #f is not of type {<class>: <directory-locator>} when a
                    file is not found
           Product: compiler
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: base
        AssignedTo: housel at acm.org
        ReportedBy: jeremy at cowgar.com
                CC: gd-chatter at gwydiondylan.org

When you address a file in a .lid file, then d2c myfile.lid, you get the
following error message:

Parsing incorrect-filename.dylan
#f is not of type {<class>: <directory-locator>}

It took a while to figure out what was going on as the file that I was
addressing was a file I was very use to working on, however, in another
project. The fact that the file did not exist didn't occur to me.

It would be nice if it would display an error message like:

"incorrect-filename.dylan was not found!"

I was able to reproduce the problem 100% of the time by simply mistyping or
adding a bogus filename into the files: section of the .lid file.
