[Gd-hackers] copy-bytes argument ordering

With a vote of 2-0 over the span of 3 weeks, copy-bytes should take  
its destination arguments first, followed by its source arguments,  
then byte-count.

I've changed all copy-bytes methods of GD and OD accordingly, and  
have updated trunk/libraries. If you use copy-bytes elsewhere, you  
may want to check and update your argument order.
