[hackers] Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

Hmm.  I can't seem to connect even after removing the old
key from my registry and re-add it by using plink to connect.
I can't just do svn up to re-add it because it refuses to take
input from the keyboard when it prompts me whether I want
to add the new key.  (Works no problem in Linux of course.)
Anyone else have this problem with putty+Windows?
