They're not bad at all, actually.  I fiddled with the file a bit to remove
some unnecessary code; you can find the modified file at

I haven't tested it yet.

Indeed it should.  Perhaps all of the runtimes should be under
sources/dylan, since they're statically linked into the dylan DLL.
