[Gd-hackers] A Dylan based RTOS as Pilot Project to establish a OD software foundation?

Hi all,

Sorry to jump in unannounced... I have been lurking on this list for
years; some of you will remember me, and some won't. I was an early
advocate of Dylan and have maintained kind of a dilettante interest in
d2c, having done some proof-of-concept projects with the tool. For the
most part, this list goes into a folder to read as I have time, but for
some reason I decided to skim recent messages today and I'm glad I did!

I am currently employed by Lectronix, Inc. of Lansing MI. My work now
primarily involves C++ development on QNX, for vehicle infotainment
systems for RVs and trucks. We're targeting a PowerPC 5200-series
processor.

I don't know if I would be able to get any traction among my co-workers
and managers but personally I would love to be able to use something --
anything -- other than C++.

Just wanted to let you know I'm listening and interested in this possibility.
