I should just add what interest I/my company might have using Dylan:

- We actually like QNX, the OS and command-line tools. I'd be interested
in using it for application development.

- Hard realtime is not necessarily so critical to us, but integration with
existing wrapper APIs for threads, mutexes, etc. is critical, and I
imagine it might be a challenge to get this all integrated. A lot of
embedded software is highly multi-threaded. Our system is based on a lot
of clients and servers communicate using sockets. For an application
language it would have to be possible to build on that existing work;
those pieces should probably not be ported.
