[Gd-hackers] Build Koala on Linux

[Sorry if there was already a response to this; I didn't see it.]

Koala depends on both a threads library and a networking library,
neither of which GD has, so it can't be compiled with GD without
substantial modifications.  It can be compiled under Linux using Open
Dylan though.
