I am definitely not a lawyer-type, but I recall being told that the reason we 
couldn't use "DylanWorks" (however capitalised) was down to some trademark 
licensing issue Harlequin had with Apple, which may or may not also have been 
related to some issue Apple had with Bob.  ('Cos, y'know, software comes on 
CDs, and so does some of Bob's stuff, so people might get confused.  
Obviously.)
