The story I recall is that Apple was contacted by Bob's lawyers  
complaining about Apple putting "Dylan" on a box that contained a CD.  
At Harlequin we discussed that it might not be a good idea to put  
"Dylan" on a box that contained a CD, just to be safe, but then we  
did anyway.

IIRC, the change from "DylanWorks" to "Harlequin Dylan" had more to  
do with people preferring the latter name. (I know I do.)

However, my memory is a bit rusty and these types of issues tended to  
be communicated informally. I don't recall seeing any sort of  
official explanation about whether we'd put "Dylan" on the box or why  
we switched names.
