It was out of service, but is now working again.

Yes. The latest snapshot for windows is located at
   http://www.opendylan.org/~hannes/opendylan-1.0beta3-win32.exe
It still does not work properly with VS Express.
Also, the registry entry to the build script is not set when chosing
Pelles as linker; but choosing again the pelles script in the IDE
(after installation) works.
