[Gd-hackers] Names

I'd like to raise the issue of names again: the name of the dylan
implementation formerly known as Harlequin Dylan (and Functional
Developer), the name of the group of developers, and the names used
for the domain and website.

gwydiondylan.org now forwards to opendylan.org, but it still says
"Gwydion Dylan" in the header, and it hosts both what is currently
named "Open Dylan" and Gwydion Dylan.

I suggest:

1. Name Harlequin Dylan almost anything other than "Open Dylan".
e.g., "HQ Dylan" or "FD Dylan".

2. Use "Open Dylan" as the name of the group and website. Other names
have been proposed, but I recommend we go ahead and use "Open Dylan"
or "Open Dylan Group" until such time as we choose something else.

3. Replace the "Gwydion Dylan" graphic in the website header with the
text "Open Dylan" or "Open Dylan Group".

I think we should move forward on renaming, especially the website
and the Harlequin implementation, and not get bogged down trying to
find our ideal names. I think today the naming situation is
confusing, and eliminating the confusion soon is the important thing.
