Hi Chris,

thanks to mention this issue once again.

I'd be really happy to rename the HD implementation to DylanWorks - 
because that is the name other people (e.g. Lisp people at ilc) know it.

I'm fine with the Open Dylan or Open Dylan Group as name for the group 
maintaining both compilers.
