Q1: Is it acceptable to change the Section  version  of the wiki page 
       http://wiki.opendylan.org/wiki/view.dsp?title=Open%20Dylan  
    to
  
  Open Dylan 1.0 Beta 3 (2007/Q1)
  Open Dylan 1.0 Beta 2 (2006/Q3)
   
     and to add a link to the snapshot

   http://www.opendylan.org/~hannes/opendylan-1.0beta3-win32.exe

Q2: Matthias Hölzl once wrote in "Installing Open Dylan" in one item:
   
    "Verify that the shortcuts to your Functional Developers contain
     a command line parameter "/personal C:\<your-choosed-directory>".
    
   I can set the parameter, but then the menu item
      "Internal" > "Open Registery Project" 
   
   In my opinion a bug. 
   Shouldn't the environment variable     
     OPEN_DYLAN_USER_REGISTRIES
   define where to find the registries?
   Why does the parameter personal influence "Open Registry Project"?
   Is this a correct behavior?
