[Gd-hackers] Late and sudden migration

We have to migrate to our new box during this weekend.

There has already been a good amount of preparation, but there will
probably be some (short) outages. But since our hosting sponsor has to
give some IPs back to RIPE and we have been idling about this for so
long, there is not much we can do about that.
