Yes, I agree with that reasoning, though if we had an actual  
foundation I kind of like the name.

Yes, perhaps we should create a legal entity. But my point of raising  
this issue now is to try to resolve the more immediate issue of  
confusing names. If we did create a legal entity later, I'm sure we  
could easily start using that name at that time.
