I would appreciate to see some ideas how to start an "organized effort
to revise the language and the DRM". 

I do not expect that such an organized revision would start during this
year. But I think it would be good to discuss during this year what is
necessary to start such an organized effort during the next year.

PS: BTW, such a discussion would also be a good first step in the
direction of a "Dylan Language Foundation".
