Given that the DRM was a "work for hire", that statement that Andrew
is the copyright holder seemed unlikely to me, so I checked the book
itself, which quite clearly states "© 1996 Apple Computer, Inc."
which is what I expected. I would be surprised to learn that Apple
had assigned the DRM copyright to Andrew.
